Train with an instructor
Kyokushin is taught worldwide by several organisations. Find a dojo near you and speak to the instructor directly: one trial lesson will tell you more than any website can, and nothing written here replaces a correction given in person.

The material follows the syllabus as it is commonly taught, and is meant as a study aid between sessions. Where your dojo's requirements differ, your dojo is right.
